Presenters

Cheryl Lasse is SkillDirector’s Managing Partner. For 20 years, she has been dedicated to creating tools that make people great at their jobs – driving their overall satisfaction. She believes people are intrinsically motivated to excel, if they are given access to tools to help them close gaps and meet aspirational goals. Working with mid-to-large corporations, Cheryl knows what employers expect from potential hires, and how to help them get there.

Cheryl has a strong background in consulting, technology, and professional development. She holds bachelor’s degrees from Syracuse University in computer science and HR, and an MBA from the University of South Florida.

Lesley Roddam is SkillDirector’s Customer Success Manager.  Lesley has extensive experience applying technology to achieve organizational impact in various settings.  She shares her passion for life-long learning with customers by helping them maximize the value they deliver to their organization.  This results in the ability for their people be great at their jobs. 

Lesley holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in Computer Science.
