Conference Schedule
Join us for 3 days of learning, collaboration, and growth. Dive into engaging sessions with expert speakers, discover new perspectives, share best practices, and forge lasting connections.
The schedule will continue to be updated as sessions are finalized.
We are seeking proposals for 60-minute breakout sessions that align with our theme: Elevate practices, Empower change, and Engage alumni networks. Share your innovative strategies, success stories, and practical tools through engaging presentations, workshops, or panel discussions.

Join us for the Pre-Conference Session on Life Design
Featuring Dave Fortna, Director of Executive Education and Leadership Development, Duquesne University
Monday, July 21, 8:30 - 10:30 a.m.
This pre-conference workshop introduces the innovative framework of Life Design, a human-centered approach to helping individuals navigate career and life transitions with intention and purpose. Join David Fortna to learn how to integrate Life Design into your programming, including workshops, coaching sessions, and online resources.
Participants will leave this workshop with a deeper understanding of Life Design and the tools to effectively implement this approach in their work with alumni, fostering meaningful connections and lifelong success.
Cost: $80 (includes breakfast)

ACSN Reception at the Andy Warhol Museum: Celebrating 25 Years!

Join us as we celebrate 25 years of ACSN and connect with colleagues and employer partners during our opening reception! Enjoy cocktails and heavy appetizers as you engage in meaningful conversations, reconnect with friends, and explore one of the museum gallery floors to experience Andy Warhol’s work.
The Andy Warhol Museum, one of the most comprehensive single-artist museums in the world, is conveniently located across the river from the conference hotel (accessible by a 0.4 mile walk or short car ride).

Whether you are a fan of baseball or just the ballpark snacks, we invite you to see why PNC Park has been referred to as “the best ballpark in America!” ACSN conference attendees and guests are able to purchase discounted tickets* to watch the Pittsburgh Pirates take on the Chicago White Sox at 1:35 p.m. on Sunday, July 20th.
Conference attendees and guests will be seated together. Each ticket* includes a $5 food voucher to be used inside of the stadium.
Sundays are Family Fun Days at PNC Park. Be sure to stay after for Kids Run the Bases!
*Children under the age of 2 who will sit on a parent/guardian’s lap do not require a ticket for entry.
Conference Fees
Early Bird Registration: (Through July 1st)
- Members: $600
- Nonmember and employed by an institution of higher or secondary education: $700
- NOTE: Non-members who join ACSN as a part of the conference registration will receive the membership rate of $600. Join ACSN today!
- Please note, you have the ability to register at the early-bird rate and be billed, with final payment due by July 17, 2025.
Standard Registration (July 1st - July 22nd)
- Members: $700
- Nonmember and employed by an institution of higher or secondary education): $800
- NOTE: Nonmembers who join ACSN as a part of the conference registration will receive the membership rate of $700. Please click here to join.
Conference payment is due in full by Thursday, July 17, 2025. No exceptions.
If Plans Change >>
If you must cancel (and we hope you don’t), please contact ACSN at [email protected]. Your options will be to transfer your registration to another member/non-member or credit your ACSN account. Cancellations received after July 5th will have a processing fee subtracted from the ACSN credited amount.
