ACSN Virtual Roundtable | Industry-Focused Alumni Programming Join us for a one-hour virtual roundtable discussion over Zoom! Join this interactive roundtable conversation to explore different approaches to industry-focused alumni engagement. We’ll use UVA’s Alumni Professional Networks as a starting point to discuss how industry communities can be structured, how programming and volunteer engagement can evolve, and how institutions are thinking about value and impact. Come ready to share what your institution is doing, what’s working, what you’re struggling with, and ideas you’re considering. Together, we’ll compare approaches and surface practical ideas that can be adapted across different alumni organizations. ACSN Webinar | Utilizing Drip Email Campaigns to Serve Multiple Strategies: The Pitt Alumni Job Search Accelerator featuring Alissa Clark, the 2026 Excellence and Innovation Award Recipient in the category of Marketing and Communications What does it take to build a career resource that serves alumni and advances institutional strategy at the same time? This session unpacks the Pitt Alumni Job Search Accelerator, a five-week, email-based program that gives University of Pittsburgh alumni structured, scalable support for navigating the job market. Recognized with the Alumni Career Services Network's 2026 Marketing and Communications Award for the elegance and simplicity of its design, the Accelerator shows how design thinking principles can turn a resource-constrained challenge into a repeatable, low-lift model other institutions can adapt. The first half of the session walks through the program's design process, content architecture, and outcomes; the second half opens into group discussion, using a shared working document so attendees can bring their own alumni career support challenges to the table and leave with concrete next steps. Alissa Clark is Director of Alumni Career Solutions at the University of Pittsburgh, where she designs strategic programs and resources that connect students and alumni with meaningful career opportunities and support. Her Pitt Alumni Job Search Accelerator earned the Alumni Career Services Network's 2026 Marketing and Communications Award. She applies design thinking principles to build scalable support systems and collaborative resources across the University. With a decade in higher education, Alissa previously directed graduate career development at the University of Rochester, building curriculum and internships for students exploring careers beyond academia. She holds an M.S. in Higher Education, where she researched equitable career support for trans* students, and is a Certified Practitioner of Human-Centered Design Thinking from the LUMA Institute.
