Spring is naturally a season for looking ahead - whether in our gardens, our personal lives, or our work. Right now, I am focused on how we can expand career and professional development resources for our alums, a goal I know many of you share as we navigate a shifting landscape.

It is no secret that we are living through a time of immense pressure. Between global conflict, challenges facing higher education, and the specific attacks on the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, the world can feel heavy. Combined with the volatility of the current job market, it’s easy to feel drained - in both our professional and personal lives.

In the face of this, where do you find hope? What stories keep you afloat? For me, it’s my niece and nephews.
