Position: VP, Finance

The VP, Finance provides strategic oversight for and stewardship of the Association's finances. This includes, and is not limited to:

  • Participating  in all Board and Executive Committee meetings
  • Partnering with the Association Management Company to provide financial oversight
  • Keeping the Board and Executive committee apprised of the financial status
  • Serving as a primary officer to sign-off on financial matters
  • Evaluating the need for and develops any associated processes to support the budget process
  • Developing the annual budget for review and approval by the Board
