Position: VP, Finance
The VP, Finance provides strategic oversight for and stewardship of the Association's finances. This includes, and is not limited to:
- Participating in all Board and Executive Committee meetings
- Partnering with the Association Management Company to provide financial oversight
- Keeping the Board and Executive committee apprised of the financial status
- Serving as a primary officer to sign-off on financial matters
- Evaluating the need for and develops any associated processes to support the budget process
- Developing the annual budget for review and approval by the Board
