Position: VP, Organizational Development

The VP, Organizational Development is responsible for supporting the execution of the strategic plan by ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects and responsibilities through efficient allocation of resources, effective inter-committee communications, and problem resolution support. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring implementation of assigned project-related outcomes as described in the annual goals
  • Providing insight and direction for the development of efficient processes and procedures, and inter-committee efficiencies
  • Leading the redevelopment of annual goals to maximize opportunities and mitigate challenges
