Committee Member Responsibilities: MAINTAIN AND MONITOR RESOURCES TO IDENTIFY, RECRUIT AND ONBOARD INDUSTRY PRACTIONERS ENGAGED IN DELIVERITY OF ALUMNI CAREER RESOURCES OR SUPPORT.

- Develop recruitment strategies
- SPRING SEMESTER:
- Continue to develop and execute recruitment strategies
- SUMMER/CONFERENCE:
- Be a resource for new members / Provide a basic “What is ACSN” overview
WORK WITH OUR MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE TO ENCOURAGE YEAR-ROUND INTERACTION WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY TO PROMOTE ACSN IN OUR NETWORK
- FALL & SPRING SEMESTER:
- Create verbiage for social media posts to increase ACSN exposure
WORK TO BUILD AND MAINTAIN A NETWORK CULTURE THAT ENCOURAGES ACCESS FOR MEMBERS AND PARTNERS TO REACH OUT TO LEADERS RECOGNIZED WITHIN OUR PRACTICE TO ASK QUESTIONS OR SEEK ADVICE

- Market the roundtable virtual talks
OUTREACH TO INDUSTRY NETWORKS / ASSOCIATIONS / CONFERENCES TO ENCOURAGE THEIR MEMBER SCHOOLS TO CONSIDER ALIGNMENT AND MEMBERSHIP IN ACSN

- Connect with Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU)
- National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities (NAICU)
ATTEND AND ENGAGE IN COMMITTEE MEETINGS

ACSN will cultivate strong relationships with corporate partners, colleges and universities and other key influencers to advance our profession and the delivery of services to alumni.
